Our terms and conditions for returns and exchanges are as follows:-

1. Please note that we don't offer return & refunds. Only exchanges will be accommodated if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
2.  All custom made orders are non-returnable & non exchangeable.
3. Vaidaan provides exchange for 10 days after the date of delivery. Please ensure that items are unused and all tags remain attached to the product.
   
4. We endeavor to deliver the product in 7-10 working days, however we would request the customer to be patient in case of unusual delays during holiday and peak seasons.
5. No money return requests shall be entertained, in case of dissatisfaction, the customer is however entitled to notify us for an exchange.
6. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for international orders.

Cancellation

We shall not be able to process the cancellation once the order/orders are processed. Store credit however will be offered against the cancellation of an order.

Shipping Timeline :

For Domestic (India), orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase and delivery time between 07-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Shipping time may vary during peak season.

Incase you want the product on priority, we offer express shipping for which the delivery time is 4 to 6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Note: Express shipping is only available for India.

International shipping cost is dependent on the weight and location, please check during the checkout process.
For International shipping, orders will be dispatched within 5-8 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 15-18 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct before submitting your order. If the shipping address is incorrect, we will not be responsible for any delays or delivery failures. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.
