Majority of our products are hand embroidered by talented craftsmen in India, therefore, every product is exclusive and slightly different from one another. The stones could vary slightly. Natural stones & pearls are perpetually different from each other. All our products bear internal quality control before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges can solely be accepted if your order is broken in transit otherwise you have received the wrong product. If that’s the case, you shall return them in exactly the way in which you received it (unworn, with original packaging)
To Return the product, you must -
1. Inform us within 5 days of receiving the order. Please mail us at email@example.com to notify us.
2. You are required to send us a picture of the product like you have received, then it is up to the discretion of team Vaidaan to decide whether product is approved for return.
3. After receiving your e-mail and the authorisation of our Quality Control team is done, then the return for the damaged/incorrect product shall be done by you incase we’re unable to arrange for the collection of the product.
4. The correct / fresh piece will be dispatched to you once we receive the damaged / incorrect product.
5. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
6. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
